I'm in the U.S. I know the rules of soccer from when I was a kid and follow the World Cup, but no, I'm not a huge fan. Here's my problem. I can accept that pre-final matches end in shootouts (though it would be better if they didn't), but what value is there in a shootout for the final match? You've just whittled a team sport played over several weeks down to 5 guys versus a goaltender to decide who's the best in the world. The team no longer matters.

In the Super Bowl, a tie gets decided in overtime, no matter how long. In baseball, extra innings. In hockey playoffs, extra periods. In most Grand Slam tennis matches, you don't have a tiebreaker for the final set, except for the lame U.S. Open fifth set. At least in tennis, it's always been a 1-on-1 event, so a tiebreaker does not take anyone out of the match.

Does anyone here agree that a final soccer match (including the U.S. NCAA finals) should not be decided in a shootout?

Yesterday mornin' I cheated on my bf and now I can't stop thinking of the other guy and my bf.The sad thing is my bf doesn't do half of the things the other guy did to me. I love my bf and when my bf and I started daiting he gave me this rule I can look I can flirt but I can't touch.And last week he went camping for a week and he said he met a few girls up there and then he said don't worry nothing happened. So what if Texas...

-Can divide into six states
-Can fly its state flag as high as the American flag
-Has been part of five different countries and, in addition, has been its own country
-Has great geographical diversity
-Is very clean and beautiful
-Has some of the friendliest people anywhere
-Is home to George W. Bush
-Is the greatest enforcer of the death penalty among the 50 states
-Is one of the fastest-growing states
-Is rich in history
-Has an eclectic array and blend of so many different cultures
-Is just great altogether!

What's wrong with these things? These things are points of pride among many Texans, I'm sure. I'm not from Texas, but I understand why Texans are so proud of their state: because it is a great state! I'd love to move there someday!

I moved in with them. I have no control over anything because that has always been her house. And my husband couldn't leave her after his father passed away. I'm fed up. Lately, I've been really aware of hair on my hands and feet. It's not light or thin, which is the problem. I feel it's reasonably noticable from a distance, and I'm worried it will gross people out. (It somewhat grosses me out!) I was wondering if I should shave it, wax it, use a hair removal lotion like Nair, or, if I should just leave it alone.

When I go to the pharmacy I get this ointment that is only for temperary relief. I need something more if possible. I get styes quite often..They go in about three days if i apply warmth to it 3 times a day for like 10 minutes. The problem is that I get anoher stye in a week. How can I stop the spread so it doesn't happen again? currently I have one stye in EACH EYE!!! Please help if you can so I don't get one again. Thanks
