You really need to go to the doctor and get some anti-biotics. You cannot obtain those over-the-counter. I think you have an infection in your body that needs to be cleared up, otherwise the styes are going to keep coming up.

I had a friend with a similar problem. She kept getting Styes. After all the antibiotics and creams and whatnot, she finally listened to me. Portuguese gold is a very low carat of gold, it's soft and orangy looking. It actually secretes an oil that when rubbed on a stye, it will disappear in a day or 2. I know, you think it's a crock, but it's the truth. My friend is now a beleiver. She used my Portuguese gold earrings and poof, the stye was gone in a day. Oh and as a quick home fix for relief, use a cool tea back on your eye.

There is an over the counter medication called Stye. But I would seriously consider going to you doctor, something just is not right.

Are you washing your eyes every morning and every night? Be sure to wash and rinse them well every night before bed and again in the morning. I have had several styes in my day, and everyones says not to touch or pop them. Of all the ones I've had, the ones I popped have gone away immediately, and the pain has subsided immediately. Just be careful not to get any of the infection in your eye. I'm not recommending it, I'm just telling you that that's what I do.

Doctors used to believe that most styes were caused by bacteria, so they prescribed antibiotics. Now research has shown that most of them are viral, so antibiotics are useless. Just use hot compresses on them and wait a couple days or so till they go away.
