When you go to the pool and you won't get home right away, does rinsing hair with plain water work? I mean I thought shampoo was the trick that took the chlorine out?

How about a child in summer camp that swims 4 days out of the week. Shouldn't one wash (with shampoo) every day the child is in the water? I'm being told that washing everyday promptes more breakage and that I should opt to rinse with water instead to minimize damage....isn't the chlorine damaging still if not rinsed with soap?

I have a daughter, 14 months, and we love her to death. She is great, my pregnancy was great, so I figure, why ruin it? I would be soooo nervous the second time, wondering if everything would be okay. I also feel if I had another baby it would be taking something away from my daughter, attention and money. We are not rich, either, so that is another consideration to stick with one kid. Do you agree?

I've had Plantar Fasciitis for over a year and I'm really frustrated that I can't resolve this pain problem. I'm (was) a runner but haven't bee on the road for a long time.

I've tired so many different options: ice, stretching, PT, night splint, in-soles, roller ball massage, etc.

What worked for you? What do you recommend? What made it worse?

Russia is the largest country in the world by common knowledge,

I'll start: a women with disabilities group, and a yoga class for children with disabilities.
I've also worked with anti-cruelty societies as well as a program to help families with children with disabilities by caring for the children so the parents can relax (respite).

I love volunteer work, don't you? :)
