It depends.If they don't demand you to wear an uniform, then you can wear what you said. But if I were you, I wouldn't wear flip-flops at school. They make a bad impression among conservative teachers. Don't use too much make-up, or don't use it at all. Tie your hair. I'm sorry if I sound like grandma, but I don't know what the college rules are.

I think what you're planning on wearing sounds good. The more casual the better.
Oh don't forget to take a light sweater. Some times the classrooms are like freezers!

Your outfit choice sounds like it could use a little rethinking. Lose that whole idea. Go for some capris a comfy pair of matching flats or sandals and grab a form fitting button up.

normally people try to look cute on the first day, but eventually you start wearing sweats and tees. but do what works for you. you have to feel comfortable
