It depends on You totally...
If you preffer freeware, here are some good Freeware AntiVirus:
1. AntiVir P.E
2. AVG Free Adition (Comercial Edition is also available)
3. Bit Defender (Comercial Edition is also available)
If you preffer the commercial ones, here are the good ones:
1. McAfee (Heavy, good heuristic, operates best in fast computers)
2. Norton AntiVirus (Heavy, medium heuristic, operates best in fast computers)
3. Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition (Light on most computers, medium heuristic)
4. NOD 32 (Light on most computers)
5. Kapersky (Light on most computers)
NOTE:
There's no best AntiVirus here. Each AntiVirus software has their own superiority and weakness against certain malicious software.

i recommend... Trend Micro.. it's nice built in Firewall... good at killing latest threats... if you want Free then you can use Avg or Avast! but they won't have Firewall... sure you can download Firewall like Zonealarm to increase your Security....
