I'm male, 19, 6'2" tall, and weight about 135 lbs. I know that my BMI is on the low side, and people tell me all the time that I look skinny, and I agree with them that I look skinny, but how do I stop worrying about everything that I eat??? I constantly feel like there will be consequences to every food that I consume, but I wouldn't really mind gaining a little bit of weight anyways.

Much of the time, I actually force myself to eat enough calories in a day to get up to 2000 that I need to survive! I don't want to screw up my metabolism, and I don't want to be anorexic, but I still can't help but evaluate all the foods I eat and decide what or what not to eat. I still hesitate whether or not to eat Ben & Jerry's, which has about 300 calories per half cup, when I could just have some cottage cheese with Equal in it for 70 calories per half cup (and 14 grams protein).

Does anyone know how to live and eat worry-free, or know what I'm going through?

hey my name's Andrea! i was just wondering what this is: sometimes i breathe so short and all of a sudden i get this really bad pain in my lungs, i can't breathe in or out because it hurts so bad - but to get rid of the pain i have to keep inhaling or exhaling until i get this feeling like a bubble is popping inside my lung! it hurts SO BAD...i have always gotten it, ever since i was little. anyone have any idea as to what this is?? i'm clueless! =)

Okay, just started TaeKwonDo, our instructor doesn't tell us squat. How many of those "tips" are there to advance to yellow. What is the (I believe) 16-step form called? (Where you keep your fist close to your chest, parallel to the ground) Are we suppose to get a book or anything? How long should the process from white to yellow take?
What is the flip over the elevated rectangle mat called. Is there something called horsecrab????

The governor of my state as had a law passed that will go ineffect Aug.15,2006 . The law is you are not allowed to smoke in your car with anyone under the age of 12. The car I am driving is being payed for with my husbands hard work. they didnt pay for it how can they tell me what to do in my own car.It is my private property just like my home. what is next I thought this was America the land of the free. I want to know what I can do to be heard? How can I try to do something about this? how can I turn over a law? I live in Louisiana the gov. should be worried about more important things. thanks for all your help and for those who don't smoke that is your right not to well it is my right to smoke so be nice.

Animal hospitals and shelters put animals down all the time. So it would seem it's not a crime.

But what if someone bought a dog or cat and killed it? Would they go to jail?

According to Wikipedia, Senator Bill Frist, when he was a medical student, got cats from a shelter and did medical experiments on them and killed them. I don't think he ever got into trouble for it. I mean, he's our freaking Senate majority leader so it obviously did not hurt his career.

What's the law on this kind of thing? I would never kill an animal but I am curious.

I am 17 and prego...i have taken to of the "Clear Blue" digital test which both said "pregnant" i am going to the dr. thursday...but am i supposed to be cramping...???after the cramps i either get really sick to my stomach or just about pass out! is this normal???? HELP
