I play the viola. tendonitis is very common in string instrument players if they don't warm up correctly or don't hold the bow correctly. sometimes my hand hurts after i play, especially if i'm playing very fast or very loud. if anyone knows of stretches or excercises that help, i would realy appreciate it! :)

PS: Was i the only one who was upset with the fact that Rogue lost her powers! Uggggg! That was very very upsetting to me...id idn't li ke that! Its a good thing the cure really isn't a 'cure'!

I have an old friend from childhood. In our mid 20's, we were roomates for a year. After she moved out, I talked with her for about 5 times in 7 years. She never returns calls. She never answers the phone. I suggested making plans to get together. We haven't made any plans to get together. She is now having an extravagent wedding & invited me. I am trying to figure out if I should go to this wedding. I am obviously not a very important part of her life at at. In addition, there is a wedding shower, bachelorette party, etc...

I had my first child 9 mts ago and for the past 3 days it seems like i am having an emotional breakdown. Crying all the time for no reason ect... i know i am not pregnant again but i am scared as to who i am and where i am going and i dont know who i am anymore. i love my daughther dearly but latley i have been asking myself all of these questions and it really depressing me.
