Sounds like you have a yeast infection. Get some Antifungal cream with Miconazole Nitrate in it. Apply it twice a day to the cleaned area and it should clear up in a few days.

Sounds to me like a yeast infection. Have it checked out but make sure to pull back and cleanse it well during showering.

Pinch the foreskin, urinate, make a balloon as big as you can, then urinate. Then try to pull the foreskin back over the 'helmet' and wash well......... More than likely that there is nothing unnatural about it.............
