First check with the facility to make sure that this is permitted, many prisons do not allow this and violating the policy can get your number blacklisted or even lose your man's phone privileges.
What you do is set up your home phone to automatically forward calls to your cell, then you can accept the call on your cell, but it will still bill to your home number.
Or you can contact the company that has the contract for phone services for the prison and set up a pre paid account.

And to the guy who said they have to use prepaid cards, in most facilities, that just is not true, calling cards are the exception, collect calls are the rule.

You can, it's pretty simple. There's a company called Correctional Billing Services, it's a pre-paid service. All you need to do is call them 1-800-844-6591, they can open your cell phone line to accept collect calls. This service is offered in 48 states, so you have a good chance. I've done this, it's easy.

I don't think you can. My best friend's boyfriend went to jail and she had him call my house and then call her on three way. Try contacting your service provider and see if they can change the block on collect calls. If they can't, then just do what I did or get a land line.
