As far as I know, only one establishment is known for producing 'Vector Smart Maps' or what you call 'Street Level' maps in India. It is Eicher. It has produced detailed maps of ONLY 4 cities so far. You need to BUY hard copies of them and use the license number given in them to access detailed maps online. These 4 cities and their prices in Indian rupees are:
1. New Delhi: Rs.290 (ISBN NO. 81-900601-7-1)
2. Mumbai: Rs.250 (ISBN NO. 81-87780-12-6)
3. Chennai: Rs.220 (ISBN NO. 81-87780-02-9)
4. Bangalore: Rs.200 (ISBN NO. 81-87780-05-3)

I have also mentioned their ISBN nos. so that you can check whether they are available with your local book seller. More info:

Download the GoogleEarth.
Then go for pune while you are connected.
Turn on the "streets". And save the file or a screenshot.

OR you can try www.mapsofindia.com
