I'm 19 and 5'8 and a lot of my friends that are like 16ish tell me I'm short. I'v had a complex about my hieght ever sense I was around 16 and almost every day I messure my self to see if I got any taller and I do that because it's a compulsive thing I guess.

I have Thryoid Cancer, ever since the radiation my hair has started to thin out, break, brittle, lose its shine. Now that I have since had a baby it is worse.. It is straggly too. I get it trimmed, and it does not matter the split ends start right back up the next day. Have tried salon products like Redkin Extreme. What to do? What diet would be helpful? Or any suggestions?
