This is an experiment I haven't been able to try. The soda is supposed to act as stomach acid in raw pork uncured, like a pork chop (not bacon or deli ham). It tricks the small worms that survive in pork to come out like is in the stomach of a living organism. Try it and let me know!!!!

Holy cow!! Gawd, really? That is so gross, but nice to know. Next time I have a pork chop, I'm gonna dehydrate the sucker.

Not sure about that one, but I have read that Pork / ALL PORK has an organism that is so indestructabe that it even survives the cooking, the microwave cooking process and can live to create parasitic congestion in our intestines--which can lead to worms if our bodies are not being regularly flushed and taken care of--look up the data on colon health or colonic irrigation and you will find examples of it mentioned.
Good reason to go VEGAN or , at least, meatless!

No that's not true if that were true we would find some pieces of the worms when we eat the pork, and it would make us really sick and that's a serious health hazard so if that were possible we would not be allowed to eat pork like we do now and it would not be as widely available as it is, pig are given dewormer as a part of there diets.

I haven't tried it but I believe it. I know for a fact pork has 'worms' in it. I don't eat it. Never have and never will!
