I got hired 2 years ago fresh out of college. Because I got hired right out of college, I get paid way below what I should be making, and a lot less than everyone else on my same position. Doc Ctrl in the medical field is very very hard work, you have know many procedures and learn many things. In the last 2 years there were 3 major projects, of which I was project leadertwice. It's been 2 years, I know my boss, and I know he's just not going to give me a raise and pay me what I should be getting paid. I've been getting other job offers elsewhere, but half of the department has left already because it's too much work we've been getting. I've been training the new guys (which are paid a lot more than me), but it's a lot of procedures you need to know at a medical company's Doc Ctrl, it takes time. I feel I'm going to leave a lot of clueless people if I leave now.
Should I leave?
