I got hired 2 years ago fresh out of college. Because I got hired right out of college, I get paid way below what I should be making, and a lot less than everyone else on my same position. Doc Ctrl in the medical field is very very hard work, you have know many procedures and learn many things. In the last 2 years there were 3 major projects, of which I was project leadertwice. It's been 2 years, I know my boss, and I know he's just not going to give me a raise and pay me what I should be getting paid. I've been getting other job offers elsewhere, but half of the department has left already because it's too much work we've been getting. I've been training the new guys (which are paid a lot more than me), but it's a lot of procedures you need to know at a medical company's Doc Ctrl, it takes time. I feel I'm going to leave a lot of clueless people if I leave now.

Should I leave?

Wow! You seem to be a real stand up kind of person or a real coward. The reason I say this is because you are "loyal" to a company who does not seem to care about you. You train the new people and they are making more than you? Sounds odd. You don't want to quit because you would feel bad because these new people, who make more than you, don't know what they are doing. You are a better person than your company or at least your boss because you will do all of this and get paid less. Or you are a coward. A coward because you are afraid of change. You are afraid of the "devil" you don't know. The other job you get my be worse, so you're afraid to change jobs. I say, "Don't be afraid." My advice is talk to your employer. Help them to understand your value. Ask them for the amount of money you think you deserve. If you don't get it, LEAVE. In fact, if you get another job, leave with out giving notice. But, don't tell anyone your looking and stop complaining to everyone about what all you are doing and how the company is taking advantage of your good nature. If you are not going to do something about it, then suck it up and shut up. Sorry, for being strong in my words but PLEASE for yourself, don't let this company take advantage of you. You are not a victim, so stop playing the victim's game

Talk to your boss about it. you have a degree, experience, and you have been training the " new guys" ( ***and they get paid more $$$ than you !!! *** ). Put the cards over the table, tell him you've been getting other job offers but since he hired you right out of college you want to consider what he has to offer.
If he has nothing acceptable to offer you then move on; remember, they make a lot of $$$ - you need to value your job- you deserve better.

Go for another job that pays more. If this company does not believe in rewarding hard work, get out. Apply for another job and don't quit until you have a better contract in hand. It'll look better on your resume if you are "upwardly mobile".

If you leave will it hurt them and do they know that? Use some kind of leverage against them and lobby for the raise. If they say no Say bye and go on to better things.

hell yeah you should leave... you're just giving your boss good service for cheap. if you show him anothe rjob offer he might reconsider your raise. or, find a different job where you get paid for your work.

Get another job that pays you what you are worth.

Teach your current employees everything that they need to know before you leave. You'll never know when you'll work together again.
