There are three methods available to access the file server in order to perform console activity (1) the keyboard which is physically attached to the PC that operates the file server, (2) the locally attached terminal to the file server which establishes a connection to issue console commands using the RCONSOLE utility, and (3) remotely accessing the file server through a dial-up connection using the ACONSOLE utility.
