I used to be a size 6 when I met my husband. We've been married for 2months and I started gaining weight about 1yr ago. I am now 2months pregnant, so I have an excuse for the time being. When I give birth, I'm afraid I'll look the same. He goes to the gym every morning 5 days a week. He eats very healthy and I am nothing like that. He says he'd never leave me but, I am still worried. Does anyone know what I can do to lose weight after the baby.. Aside from STOP EATING and go to the gym!! I need to find a method by taking a walk or drinking lots of water... Stuff like that.
