This is twindroo's wife . . .
I was bored at work too . . .
So then I started playing yahoo games . . . and I beat them all . . .
So then I started playing poker on pokerstars.com . . .but that got old too (I've been doing this for a couple years now) . . .
And then I decided to get paid while I was getting paid and I started doing things on e-bay, taking online surveys for money, mystery shopping (I'd do the shop on my lunch break and fill out the online reports once I got back to work) and I then I found a work at home thing that I could do from work.
If it's something you're interested in be very careful when you start out. You can check out http://www.bbb.org/alerts/article.asp?ID=436 they give you the 411 on data entry jobs, envelop stuffing and home assembly work scams. And trust me A LOT of them are scams.
I tried going to the http://www.pcworkathome.net site last week and it lead me to a lot of dead ends. They all seemed to be scams in the end that wanted my money.
I did find an international home-based business that works for me. I looked into data entry jobs, but they all wanted you to pay money and most of them involved typing adds. Not what I had in mind. =/ But I really like the business I found. I did the free trial at first so I had time to check it out. I'm glad I did! =) NO cold calling and no selling soap to friends and family.
You can check out the site at: http://www.automaticbuilder.com/43264/
If this is something you might be interested in I'd be happy to help get you started.
Good Luck! And try to have FUN at work. Or at least get double paid!!! =)
p.s.
After 3-6 months you can be making about $500 a month and after 1 year about 1k a month. So it's not a get rich quick gimmick, it does take time. But it's steady and long term.
OH YEAH!!! And I also started a myspace account . . . that's getting old too! =)

Never answer questions at work - alot of companies track computer activity - grounds to being fired. Just a word of caution.
No, I'm not bored with my work. I almost feel guilty at times because, although it is a job I go to each day to earn money, I love what I'm doing - so it is both challenging and rewarding. I am only bored when things slooooow down.

I really wish I wasn't. But, that seems to be the story of my life. I get the job I always wanted and it turns out to be dead boring. Happened more than once so maybe I'm not cut out for work.

It's a good thing I don't work or I'd get fired for being on Yahoo Answers so much.
