OK. Weight and Health people pleassseee help.?

Alrighty. So... The last month i have been on a low calorie diet + excersize. I've done absoloutely everything they have told me to do. I ate low calorie foods like salads and fruit, had vitamins everyday, drink lots of water. I excersize for an hour a day and try to keep my metabloisim active. But, by nowim supposed to have lost 10 lbs. I have gained 4.5!!!!! It doesnt make any sense and i'm really sick of this. I was on a plan to loose 17 lbs but now at best i'll only loose 7. I really need someone to help me and give me some advice.

Evolutionists, question about race.....?

I have two questions, and I am compltley serious about them, so please, if you know, if youve been taught, enlighten me, this IS NOT a question about faith or God. I am truly, sincerley curious.

If you believe that we came from Apes, if that was our process of evolution, how then did we become seperate races? Is their a teching in evolution that allows for the seperate races to have formed?

Again, I am NOT trying to disprove it. I believe in God, but I think science is essential to life, and have not dicredited the possibility of some knd of evolution process, so please take this question seriously!

Did Moses write all the way to the end of Dueteronomy?

Just wondereing because Moses died a few verses before the end. Did someone else take over (and if so at what point?) or did he write about the future with his prophetic abilities like he was writing about the past? Plus it just seems weird that Moses would write about himself in the 3rd person so much.

What does it mean when?

Im scared something is wrong with me. I don't want to eat anything and all I want to do is sleep. I have absolutley no energy but I have been urinating a whole lot. I feel kind of light headed and "weird" its kind of hard to explain. I just don't want to do anything but lay in bed and sleep. Is there something wrong wrong with me?

Why do people get bloodshot eyes?

I'm sure my eyes were okay this morning, however I've just looked at them in the mirror and one is bloodshot on the outer side.
