A.)Fewer Jobs-though this will become less and less of an issue as people commute long distances to work nowadays, and the knock-on acceptance is becoming more acute (remember the %of England's population which is non-white has gone from around 1% in the 1940s to around 6% today.
B.)Recent immigrants tend to establish themselves where previous immigrants from the same place went, which is generally the cities (due to cheaper housing, more services, and more jobs).
C.)Occasionally ethnic minorities are driven out of rural areas through intimidation (excrement through letterboxes, verbal abuse, etc.) or simple neglect from established communities
D.)Ethnic minorities often have cultural practices or interests which are more difficult to pursue in rural areas than urban areas.

Because people go where the jobs are. The countryside has no jobs for city people. The "ethnic minority" as you call them did not work in the countryside where they came from, so why would they be in an area where there are no jobs for them to work?

Cheaper housing. If they live in the country, they have to purchase the acreage too. Also, jobs are more plentiful in the city than in the country.
