anybody been bit by a snake or a stink!???

i have been bit by a petsmart snake, it thought my hand was a mouse so it striked at my hand. my dad caught a skink before i asked if i could hang on to it, it bit my thumb, i tried to shake it off it woulden't stop biting me!!!

How can one suffering 18 yrs of depression ever expect to be happy? Meds, talking, friends/family dont help.?

Ive been told that depression can be a mental disorder, sometimes caused by a chemical inbalance in the brain. Ive been told that depression is by choice, that Im making my self feel sad. I dont know what it is, but what I do know is that I wake up everyday feeling horribly miserable, Im almost afrai to go to sleep b/c of how I will feel the next day. Ive seen doctors and Im taking meds, nothing helps. I figure, if I could ask the wrld, then why not? Maybe there might be some help for me out there...

why does everyone think Christians are getting an attitude just b/c we ask an honest question about our faith?

non-believers can be cruel and just plain rude, but Christians can't? what's up with that? i'll gladly be persecuted in honor of God, but i won't sit back and let others put down what i know is the truth.

Well,this is my last question for the night.I would like to thank everyone for the advice ,it helped alot.THANX.OK,This isn't very macho but,I'll ask anyway.Is it normal if I cry when I'm alone about a failed 16 yr marriage?It just hits me sometimes and I can't control it.She cheated with my best friend,and I feel that its my fault,or that I could have done something different to stop it.I never saw it coming,no signs,nothing.Its been a yr and 4 months,why does it still effect me?
