Action is the cure for fear.

Fear sees obstacles.. faith see opportunities
Fear sees problems.. faith sees possibilities
Fear sees stumbling blocks.. faith sees stepping stones

Anyways, heres my question.

I'm a fearful person. I am very negative.. And its probably why my relationship didn't work. The question is.. How do you shake yourself from the fear and have more faith? How do I love myself first so I can love others when I don't even know how to begin? I've been struggling with this for awhile now.

One fear I have is that I'll fall into the pit that I climbed out of when I was with my former girlfriend. Hang with the wrong people and start the cycle over again.. The only tempting thing about going back to that is that at least I won't be alone. It is said that I'll always have my friends, but I need people in my face... I've always been like that...

Taking action is nice and grand - but I don't like diving into things without proper preperation.. Or is that the bad thing?

i have problem!!
everyday i have to go to basketball practice!!
i always wear a muscle shirt and either a white-T or a another shirt on top of the white-T when i leave to go to practice!!
i always sweat alot because its hot outside and u can see the
sweat on my T-shirt when i raise my arms!!
then i go to the lockers to put on my uniform i wear a the same muscle shirt with my practice jersey!!
after practice before i put on my shirt or my shirts i wipe out all the sweat and then put the shirts on!!
after practice i always stay with my friends and play basketball or just hang out!!
no matter what i do i sweat alot from my armpits i have no problems with scent!!
i wear old spice anti- perspirant or right guard!
what can i do to stop my sweating???????????????????????????????
its really embarassing!!! which anti perspirant works best??

men get the better job sometimes because of them being males and when females come into the picture, its a competition. but i believe women are a little bit more smarter than men. maybe not all the time but why do men get the better jobs when its a woman's job in the first place.
