Rightguard won't help at all. It is a deodorant not an antiperspirant. Old Spice smells good but it isn't very strong. Try switching to a stronger antiperspirant like mitchum. I sweat alot due to my heritage. Mitchum works best for me.
Also the t-shirt thing is a problem. You need at least 2 different t's with you so you can wear a different one for each activity. Reduce the number of shirts you wear at once. Muscle shirt alone is fine for on the way. Trying to overbundle on the way just sets you up for more sweat. Try the practice jersey by itself for practice. (Surely your coach doesn't require the secodn shirt for practice.)
Be sure to hydrate well. This is important for warm weather practice. It will help your body stay cool better and may help decrease the sweat problem.

Hi,
Hyperhidrosis, also known as polyhidrosis or sudorrhea means excessive sweating; sweating too much
The most active regions of perspiration include the hands, feet, armpits and the groin area because of a relatively high concentration of sweat glands in those areas.
There are two types of hyperhidrosis. Primary focal hyperhidrosis refers to overactive sweat glands that affect certain areas of the body, such as the hands, feet, face or underarms.
This form of hyperhidrosis can't be prevented and isn't contagious because it was probably inherited (although the condition may skip a generation). Secondary generalized hyperhidrosis is total body
sweating prompted by secondary medical conditions or medications.

I agree, Certian Dri is AWESOME!! I do pageants and model, and I sweat really bad before going on stage out of nervousness. You just apply Certain Dri everynight to clean underarms (just a few strokes) and then I apply my normal deo in the mornings and NO SWEAT!! Its amazing!!

If this is a serious problem for you, your best bet is to go to a dermatologist. It sounds extreme, but they can give you injections in your armpits to stop the perspiring. I have not had this done personally, but I hear it really works.

Botox will paralyze the glands that secrete sweat. Honestly, your situation doesn't sound that bad. Everyone sweats AND you're playing sports, get over it. As long as you're not stinking, you have nothing to worry about.

Certain-Dri. Certain-Dri. Certain-Dri.

I had the same exact issues. No deodorants/anti-perspirants were working and I was always so embarrassed. I've tried everything and found this at Walgreens. I also suggested it to my sisters and they swear by it too. Excessive perspiration is hereditary and there's not much you can do about it.
