More important, it could be that she gets overstimulated in one spot, and that spot is getting sore. Something else: one of the things my wife has told me is that sometimes, oral provides TOO MUCH stimulation, gets her too close too quickly. She just may want something different each time and this is normal because the same old routine can get boring. Try doing different things with her and see what happens and ask her what she wants each time and what fun things she would like to do and try. Just a guess, but maybe she is embarrased about the smell "down there". That area can get a little rank sometimes.
