We have one that we got from Sams Club. We just keep refilling it, and we get a great rate on it. We bought the card. It has the instructions on how you use it (call an 800 number, give it the pass code on it, dial the number, talk). When it gets low on minutes, it tells you how to add minutes with your credit card.
Most phone card businesses are reliable because you pre-pay, so it isn't like they are charging your credit card with each call.

SUPER CLEAN ,..is toll free. 1800 access.. no fees at all clear connection ..and fair rates..

BOSS LA have really low rates , local access from CA or u can use it with National Free long distance (usually a service that came with cellphones.) not hidden fees...

OR HE CAN TRY A card for free at PINBUDDY.COM... Viapin gives 3 dollars for free...it can be like 150 min...

U can ask what ever u want to the company where i buy my cards... www.viapin.com. they are really cool , chat online 1866-my-viapin ...in more than a year they never let me down

use t mobile. it's the absolute best. just go to their website and they have everything as far as prices go. plus, everything is for real. no hidden fees or anything like cingular (they charge 1.00 per day just to have the phone)

t mobile is simple...you buy the minutes (either at the store, over the phone, or online) use the phone (after you purchase it from the store and most have rebates)
