actually I Play music to chill me out...
3 guitars...3pianos...drum set...electric keyboard...sing a little...etc...like the Recorder(Indian style to the wind)...

I would have to say some 80's rock music. You can always find a ballad when you want to be a little more depressed and some good headbangin' music when you are happy....or driving. Ozzy and Alice Cooper are good for driving. Metallica too.
Sad...would be Poison's-Every rose has it's thorn or Warrants- I saw red.

okay this is simple when I'm angry it's heavy punk and metal music like Dope, Ramones, Rancid etc. When I'm sad it's 80's music and soft rock like James Blunt etc.
