I bought a computer, an HP Media Center with two cores, the one numbered 3800. It had a virus in it when I brought it home. I called Circuit City seven times and HP seven times and they told them the name of the file that turned out to be a virus and asked them what Axle.DAV was about. They never told me.
But the next to the last I called HP, I was very angery and worked my way up to what they called a Case Manager who informed me that they should have told me that it was a virus. But they had ducked the responsibility of taking care of me, both Circuit City and HP.
At that time, 60 days have passed, and they require 100 dollars for continued assistance. I explained that It had taken 60 days because they failed in inform me about what was happening to my computer.
Then I read that their has been a successful class action suit that HP lost because of the same problem. What can I do and how should I go about it. I am still having problems with this computer. Thanks

I've been in therapy for about the past 6 months. I didn't have a job when I graduated college and not having a job and not being able to find one made me feel depressed and anxious. So I went to a therapist. Now, I'm working at a good job and will soon start a great promotion that will take me to the state capital.

Now, I don't feel depressed or anxious and I want to graduate from therapy. But here is the problem: My therapist believes in "positive thinking," and I don't. Maybe that makes me a pessimist. If so, oh well. But I don't believe in thinking "things will work out," because in many cases and for many people they don't. I think that right now things look likely to work out for me personally. But I think blindly believing that things will work out is what leads people to speed, use drugs, and engage in generally risky behavior ... that I think is the true insanity. Should I just lie to her and tell her I believe? I'm kind of frustrated.

I'm babysitting my sister's cat for a few weeks and having a little trouble. Not only is she at the rebellious stage and wrecking havoc for my two cats, but she farts like a trooper and has the runs. She was on dry cat food, but a different brand to what I usually use, I'm thinking of changing her diet to whiskas dry food. Is this a good idea?

I was approached by a black woman in a store while with my three mixed children (black and white). After telling me how cute my kids were she proceeded to ask if they were all by the same father. I wasn't completely shocked because I have had black woman ask me this before but usually they were younger, this woman looked to be in her late 30s early 40s. (yes all my kids are by the same father and yes they pretty much look alike there is no extreme differences in skin tone, size, ect....) Also I answered her by asking if all her kids were by the same person, to which she seemed offended. Was that a good answer?????? Please clue me in why people ask this question, I think I have been asked about 5 times, and my friends who have mixed children also have been asked too.
