If you're referring to life or the universe, I think the correct answer would be never. Our physical presence can end at any time in the future. However, life itself cannot end. Even if the earth was totally destroyed somehow, like being sucked into the sun after it supernova's or whatever, life will go on. We may not be there to witness it, though.

Life is basically an interpretation of movement. A single atom is alive, even after being split. It never ends. We do not know why, it just doesn't. Nor can we prove it does last forever, because we cannot be here to witness it. Even our own DNA can last forever.

We may die here on earth and be reborn, or replicate ourselves, on a planet trillions of light years away perhaps a quadrillion years from now. And we would still be the same person if that DNA did not change and we were replicated using the same materials and in the same environment type, in theory. Therefore it's entirely possible we had lived a quadrillion years prior on a planet a trillion light years away. We simply cannot remember it, and therefore cannot prove it.

Your question suggest you are feeling anxiety about either circumstances in your life or conditions in the world in general. Just watching the evening news is often enough to make us ask this question. We are all in the same boat, and often ask ourselves this question --it is a normal one and part of being human. Your friends may not say it, but they have felt that way too. When you are feeling stressed and even terrified about your life or the way the world is heading, call a friend, go for coffee, talk, share, laugh, and be together. It can be a frightening journey, this life, but we are never alone if we reach out to a fellow traveller, who is just as scared as we are.

IT will end as soon as you want it to, if you want it to end now, and it hasn't ended, seek medical help immediately or all the bunnies will stab each other.
