While foot binding is an acient Chinese practice that women endulged in to keep their feet from growing, it isnt advisable. In footbinding, the bones in the feet are broken thus the foot becomes deformed.

Dont feel ashamed, big feet are an indication that you will be tall. I am a female and I wear size 12 or 13 depending on the style. So while stores out there hardly have anything to offer us ladies, the internet has plenty of sizes. This is one of the many things tha make us unique. Today's Cinderella does not have a small foot, it is the long feet that are hard to find.

Now if you are a guy, dont feel bad, one of my guy friends wears size 17.

If it continues to grow though, and it doesnt seem normal, go with a podiatrist (a foot doctor) who might at least be able to explain why your feet are like mine-long and unique.

Besoseda, foot length, which determines the number of the shoe size, has nothing to do with a person's weight. The part that's determined by weight is the *width* of the shoe; in 14EEE, the EEE would be a very wide shoe.

You can be 100 lbs overweight, or 50 lbs underweight, but barring any deformation of your feet, your heel to toe length will remain constant.

As to the original question, you're basically out of luck without surgery, and you have to consider just how badly you really need to shrink your feet. Just be glad the Chinese practice of foot binding is no longer around.

Find a hard cement wall and remove your shoes. Kick the wall with your right foot over and over as hard as you can. Now do the same with your left foot. But compair them often to make sure you get them the same size. You need to kick really hard, maybe 300 times a foot.

Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

If you are very overweight, losing that weight will decrease the size of your feet.

You've got to finish growing physically before you can do anything about your feet. You're only 14 for godsakes! All of us are gawky and off kilter with our appendages at that age-I sure was! Hang in there....I promise you will proportion out...just have PATIENCE.

Don't sweat it. People will think you have a big **** if you have big feet. Or they will just give you a nickname like Bo-Bo or something to the effect.

I knew this girl when we were kids who had these great English teeth and her mom used to always tell us she was going to grow into them. All these years later she still has big teeth, but everybody is used to them. We grew into them.

You must be tall to have that size shoe. If they were any smaller, you would fall flat on your face, So keep them the way they are.
