I have been working out for the past month, 6 days a week 2 hours a day. I have lost 22lbs. This week and next week I can't work out because I am busy. I feel so guilty and crappy. I'm not goona gain all that weight back, but I feel like I'm not going to lose any more. Will I continue to loose weight because I was working out? Should I feel so guilty?

okay i kissed this boy and i really really really liked it then he picked me up for a min but then put me back down. now i am only 14 now i know thats a little young but so i love him.
so what i am trying to say is how do you know when you are "ready" to take or go to the next step.
