I haven't used this one yet, but have spoken to those who have, and it has worked well for them (if you're looking for financial prosperity)

What You'll Need:

* 5 new coins in each denomination (pennies, dimes etc.)
* 5 each of the following spices/seeds:
* Dried corn
* Sesame seeds
* Cinnamon sticks
* Cloves
* Allspice
* Pecans or peanuts

Instructions: Place coins and spices in a glass bottle (an empty spice bottle works well). Shake for several minutes to combine the ingredients. While shaking, repeat the following: "Silver and spices, Copper and grain, I need to increase my money gain." Keep the bottle near where you usually store your purse or wallet.
When to do this spell: For best results, do this spell on a Thursday during the waxing moon phase.
Tip about the coins: If you're Canadian, you can omit extra large coins like loonies or twoonies if they won't fit in your bottle. Pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters are sufficient. Same goes for other countries with particularly large coins.
My Experience with this Spell: I recently tried this spell, and it was more successful than I would have guessed. You can read more about my own spellworking experience with the money bottle spell.
Here is a Midsummer Ritual for a Solitary:
Before the rite, make up a small cloth pouch filled with herbs such as lavender, chamomile, St. John's Wort, vervain, or any of the Midsummer herbs listed in "An Herbal Grmoire." Mentally pour all your troubles, problems, pains, sorrows and illnesses, if any, into this petition as you construct it. Tie it shut with a red string. Place this on the altar for use during the rite. The cauldron should also be there or nearby. Even if you use candles to mark the quarters, the red candle in a holder should also be on the altar. For outdoor rituals, light a fire - however small - and drop the pouch into this.

Arrange the altar, light the candles and censer, and cast the Circle.
Recite the Blessing Chant.
Invoke the Goddess and God.
Stand before the altar and say, with wand upraised:

I celebrate the noon of summer with mystic rites.
O great Goddess and God,
all nature vibrates with Your energies
and Terra is bathed with warmth and life.
Now is the time of forgetting past cares and banes;
O firey Sun,
burn away the unuseful,
the hurtful,
the bane,
in Your omnipotent power.
Purify me!
Purify me!
Purify me!

Lay the wand on the altar. Take up the herbal petition and light it in the red candle on the altar (or, if outdoors, the ritual fire). When it is burning drop it into the cauldron (or some other heat-proof container) and say:

I banish you by the powers of the Goddess and God!
I banish you by the powers of the Sun,
Moon and Stars!
I banish you by the powers of Earth,
Air, Fire and Water!

O Gracious Goddess,
O Gracious God,
on this night of Midsummer magick
I pray that You charge my life with wonder and joy.
Help me in attuning with the energies adrift on the
enchanted night air.
I give thanks.

Reflect upon the purification you have undergone. Feel the powers of nature flowing through you, washing you clean with divine energy.
Works of magick, if necessary, may follow.
Part take in the Cakes and WIne ceremony.
The circle is released.

And for a small group (4)
The South Warden opens the Circle.

South: Now is the time of summer, when the heat steams from the earth, the lakes grow warm, and the breezes bring heat with them, as well as rain. I invoke the warden of the South, Paralda.

West: Now is the time of summer, when the rains fall hot and bring with them heat and making the air wet, soaking the earth. I invoke the warden of the West, Nixsa.

North: Now is the time of summer, when the heat makes the earth shimmer under our feet in the air, and the rain steams from the ground even as it hits. I invoke the warden of the North, Ghob.

East: Now is the time of summer, when the heat and humidity make us flee indoors in search of cooler, drier air and the earth is parched. I invoke the warden of the East, Djinn.

The warden of the South steps into the circle and lights a candle set in the center. Then she steps back into the south.

West: It is the longest day.
North: It is the shortest night.
East: It is Midsummer.

North: It is the time of light.
East: It is the derth of dark.
West: It is Midsummer.

East: It is the reign of summer.
West: It is the poverty of winter.
North: It is Midsummer.

South: It is Midsummer, and the Lord of Flames takes his height.

West: The heat comes on, baking all in its path, as the Earth rises to great the Summer Lord. His light iluminates the sky, and night becomes day.

East: Between us, we hold the earth and sky.
North: Within us, we hold the dark and light.
West: Among us, we hold the Lady and her children.

North: Earth,
East: Air,
West: Water,
All: And the fire grows between us.

West: Autumn,
North: Winter,
East: Spring,
All: And the fire glows within us.

East: The Wand, She sets the wand on the ground, facing east.
West: The Cauldron, She sets the cauldron on the ground in the west.
North: The Stone, She sets the stone in the north.
All: And the sword of fire around us.

South: The Lord of Summer takes arms and strides across the sky, bearing with him his sheild of the Sun and the Sword of Fire. On this longest day, none challenge him and he reigns for one day supreme, unchallenged.

East: Fire in the air as lightning...
North: Rears to strike the ground...
West: Soaked with the summer rain...
All: We bid welcome to the Fire, the Lord of Summer.

North: The King doth keep his revels here tonight,
to dance our ringlets in the whistling wind,
And we four great him. Welcome lord!

All: Welcome lord!

May the Lady of the Moon and the Sun Lord ensure you work is fruitful.

Prosperity Spell

Tools you will need are:
Protection Incense (herbs or oils work fine also)
Green 8" Taper Candle
Pen
Paper
Heat-resistant bowl

It is best to find a work area that you can leave untouched for three days. If you must put away your tools, try to at least keep your spell candle out in the open.
This spell is used to create tangible prosperity. Read over this spell and customize it prior to use-the work will go much smoother. Prepare your work area by setting up any tools you may use in addition to your spell candle. While setting up your area, CONCENTRATE on the purpose of your work. Envision what it is that will make you prosperous. For this spells' purpose, we will use money as an example.
Just prior to your work, bathe in purification herbs, or with your favorite bath salts. While you are bathing, concentrate again on the purpose of your spell. Do not let negative thoughts enter your mind.
After bathing, go to your work area. Cast a circle and light some protection incense. Envision a large, green ball of light surrounding you and your work area. Hold the candle between the palms of your hands and direct all of your energy into the candle.
On a small piece of paper, write down what it is that you want (money, etc.). Place this piece of paper under the candle holder. Place the candle in its candle holder. Prior to lighting the candle, say (either aloud, or to yourself):

"This candle represents the prosperity that will come to me"
Light the candle and say (either aloud or to yourself):

"As the light of this flame grows, I can see prosperity around me."
Sit back and watch the candle burn. Envision what you will look like and feel like when your prosperity comes. See yourself holding the money, feel the texture of it.

"As the flame of the candle dissipates with time-prosperity will be mine"
and blow out the candle.
Repeat this for two more nights.
On the last night, burn the piece of paper with your written words on it and place the ashes into a bowl. After the candle has burned away and the leftover wax has cooled-, combine the ashes and wax together and bury it in the earth as close to your home as possible.
Prosperity will be yours!

So it harm none

Blessed be.

prosperity spell: You will need: 1/8 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp ground bay leaf; ½ tsp. basil; ½ tsp. marjoram; a wooden spoon; 1½ cup spring
water; a small cloth; a jar w/ lid; a rubber band

What to do: Mix the ingredients together and boil in the spring water for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the
potion and pour it into the jar. Cover the jar with the cloth and fasten it with the rubber band. Leave the potion in a dark, cool
place for three days and three nights, then cap the jar with it's original lid. The potion only last until for fourteen nights, then
you will have to pour it on the Earth, thanking it for's powers and energies.
