They say to watch for erratic changes in behavior. Does she treat you different, lie about where she is, come home late, shower right away etc... or is this you just being paranoid? I've been with my hubby for 3 years and married for 1. He still comes up with these crazy notions that I'm cheating on him. My advice to you is to really evaluate the situation. Do you really think this is going on or is it in your head?
