Similarities would be: Diaper changing, helping them to walk, feeding them, not much hair, and trouble understanding speech when they are talking.
Differences are: Baby will grow hair, will learn to feed and go potty on their own, most of the time their speech improves. Everything is fresh a new to them, new experiences. An old man may have experienced more than he wanted to. He does not have the drive to get up and go, as he once did. He will eventually pass from this life to re-live his life in another dimension, whereas a baby is just beginning their life here on planet earth.

similarities: both are humans, both have head, legs, etc... both are blessed.
differences: old man is wiser, experienced, etc. baby is innocent XD
