The situation - 1 out, runner on third.
Batter hits fair ball to shortstop and runner on third leaves for home. The ball is thrown by the SS to the catcher to get the runner out. The catcher removes his mask and in an attempt to catch a poorly thrown ball, reaches out with his mask, catches the ball with it, and proceeds to tag the runner with the ball before the runner touches home plate. Is the runner out? Why? Or Why not?

I have had generalized anxiety disorder since I was 18. I notice that there are a lot of forums devoted to people on one type of anti-depressant or another and a lot of the questions on "Answers" are about people with emotional disorders. I also read that people who move immigrate to America have a better chance of develpoing these disorders than if they just stayed in their home country. What gives? Why are we so afraid?

My boyfriend just broke up with me but says he still wants to be my friend. I am okay with that we are prob better broken up anyways but before we broke up he invited me to go to this club that i have always wanted to go to. Now I guess we aren't going because we are broken up. But now another friend of mine invited me there on the same night. I want to go but I haven't talked to my boyfriend since we broke up. We just got back from the library and she didn't get a book because she couldn't find anything she liked.
