They always itch and i dont know why?!?!?!

Probably jock itch. That's caused by a fungus that is otherwise known as ringworm (it's not actually a worm). Put antifungal cream on your balls. If it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks, definitely see a doctor. You don't want your balls to fall off. Oh, and wash yourself regularly.

Your skin is dry. They are reacting to normal changes in temperature surrounding them. Your clothes are chafing you. You need to take a bath. You have scabies, little insects that breed in and feed on dead skin in that part of the body. Your itching, redness could be any of these. Lumpiness is a normal state for a mature male, I believe.

If you are sexually active go to the doctor you could have an std or if you are not active you could have jock itch I don't know if you are serious about the lumpiness though

Balls don't itch, it is the scrotum or balls bag that itch. Go see a doctor.

Thats something you would have to talk to a medical professional about cause it could be an infection or something. You need to make an appointment at a local medical branch in your area.
