In my experience (which includes living for three years in southeast Asia) I don't think this is so. The gay Chinese men I have met have been as varied in their sexual tastes as any other racial or national group. Perhaps it's where you go looking for your Chinese friends that's causing this imbalance in your data.

of course we are even if i were born in afica where lions prowl around prancing about yip most gay chinese ppl are passive i found that out with my first bf god that was sooo fun but hey enjoy life and its funny part

I wouldn't imagine 'most' of them are passive (whatever that really means). Like most other groups, they have varied sexual interests and behaviours - nothing to do with any 'race'.
