The funniest ones are the moon landing ones, any idiot knows you can see the lander and rover on the moons surface with high power telescopes. The most believable ones are the Chemtrail conspiracy theorys, about jets flying and spraying some kind of chemical over populated areas for some unknown government purpose. I'd like to say our government wouldnt do such things, but it's also very possible they are.

Al Qaeda never existed before 9/11, it was just one group of terrorists who got together for that one mission. I guess that's more of an anti-conspiracy theory.

OK, here's my favorite, and I think it's true:

Several wealthy families got together in the 1970s and conspired to take over the American media in order to propagate conservative ideology. They bought up news outlets and founded "think tanks" until their viewpoint was virtually the only one on the airwaves and in print.

Jimmy Hoffa's real name is Elvis Presley. Only now he wears a disguise and calls himself Donald Trump. Actually I just made that up, but there are people who believe it! Area 51 is my favorite.

I dunno...let's make one up:

Did you know that Mickey Mantle was the illegitimate love child of Joe Dimaggio and Greta Garbo? (Joe had this thing about movie stars, you know!). They gave him up for adoption in Texas in 1931.

The Mick did look a little German, right? And he sure could play baseball!
