I am about 7 weeks pregnant and i have a dull uncomfortable pain in my right shoulder blade every day. I am a little worried because all the books i have read say that shoulder pain may be a sign of ectopmic pregnancy. Can someone help with this?

I have a fast metabolism and need a lot of high calorie foods to keep my weight up and rising. Everyone says indulge in desserts to keep my weight up, but I also want to keep a good fitness diet. suggestions greatly appreciated for meal ideas, especially lunches.

It gets sunlight in the late afternoon, like 4 or 5. I don't care if its annual or perennials, but I would prefer something easy! I live in IL. I was thinking about just putting a bunch of wild flowers seeds down but I didn't know if they would grow there. Any suggestions?
