Breastfeed and walk 30 minutes every day. Eat healthy and take it slow. Remember, your body needs to recover from this major event.

What you are experiencing is perfectly normal. I just had my second child 5 months ago and I have been stressed over my lopsided stomach. The best advice I can give you is with your doctor's ok, just watch what you eat and do light exercise now to stay toned and after you give birth get the okay of when to start exercise (usually 6 weeks postpartum) and just watch what you eat. For me being on my second child it is a lot harder but I am trying to watch what I eat and exercise. I'm not sure how far along or if this is your first, I assume so, but that is the best I can offer up to you...and GOOD LUCK!!! Don't stress because your body knows what it is doing. I bounced back right away after my first. Nursing also helped me loose the weight fast and tone up my stomach faster.

I heard that breastfeeding helps your stomach go down fast. If you choose not to breastfeed, then you are going to have to exercise to get rid of you stomach. I'm 25 and pregnant as well. We are still young and may want to have more children in the future, so that shouldn't be a big worry for you right now. Concentrate on having a healthy pregnancy and worry about your tummy later. Good Luck and congratulations!

Nursing your baby will help... in more ways than you think. If you plan to breastfeed you'll not only lose weight from the biological standpoint of doing so, but you'll also HAVE to watch what you consume so that it doesn't disrupt your baby. You wouldn't be able to eat lots of junk or greasy foods... so with that in mind, you only have an option of eating healthy. Either way, eating healthy and slow and steady exercise should do the trick. You're also young, so that will play a part in how your body bounces back. Good luck.

Your body will change. Even if you lose the pregnancy weight fast, you still may look a little different. I would try to accept that things may not stay exactly the same. If you exercise and eat healthy during and after your pregnancy things should go pretty smoothly. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE WORKING OUT WHILE PREGNANT!! I wish you good luck and happiness with your new baby, congratulations!

Begin a slow and healty diet after the baby is born. Begin to exercise as soon as your doctor says it's ok. They also say that breast feeding helps to lose the baby weight.

Breast feeding makes you lose your stomach. Do take your doc's advice before going for an exercise.
