i REALLY like this boy and he is soooo cute,and to me it doesn't matter if he has hearingades, i like him for who he is...

Go up to him and greet him, smile really big, and hang out for a few minutes. Ask him about the weather and what he likes to do for fun. That should break the ice. Some boys are very shy and need a bit of help. Have some of your friends spread the buzz by telling him that you like him. This works wonders.

Just do it. Even if he doesn't feel the same way about you, at the very least he'll be quite flattered. Speaking as someone who was very shy around girls, I would have absolutely *loved* it if someone actually tried approaching me.

Edit: Dr. Love, your approach seems to be geared towards prompting said boy to make a move first. Again, speaking as someone who was shy around girls, that simply would not work. Boys usually have a hard time figuring out if a girl likes them, and if they don't have a real outgoing personality they're very likely to be too nervous to do anything about it.

If you like him, just tell him. And don't try and hint it, or ask him if he likes you. Tell him that you like him first. He'll appreciate the clarity and directness - what you might think is a strong hint to him that you like him will come through to him as "I can't tell, does she like me or is this just wishful thinking?"
