I applied for a school loan in 1989. I went to the school one time to pick up the book money and never went back. Now, the dept, of Ed. has been hounding me for the past twenty years talking about I need to pay back that loan. Do I have to and, is there some type of legal action I can take?

I have an in-wall subwoofer driven by one channel of an old 85 watt-per-channel Yamaha receiver. The subwoofer vibrates quite a bit and I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to how to calm this down as its inside my wall. The grill comes off and it is possible to pad it somewhat...just curious if anyone has run into this problem and solved it.

I live in Pennsylvania and rent an apartment. My lease ends on July 31st, and I just notified my landlord on June 14th that I was not going to renew my lease. He stated that he sent 3 notification letters- one of which I received and it noted that I had to tell him by May 31 that I was not renewing. He also stated that since I did not contact him back, he automatically renewed my lease- is this right? Don't I have 30 days before the end of the lease to notify the landlord? Will I have to pay for another year? I'm freaking out, please help.

i have 2 best friend who both mean the world to me, one is a guy who i have known for 8 years and i have had a crush on him for about 2 years. he moved to california a couple of days ago and the girl is just awesome and we do everything together. but on the last day he was in town we went to the movies (all three of us) and i found out that he fingered her during the movie and after that movie that went into another movie and made out. but what i really dont get is that he is ALWAYS flirting with me and grabing my butt and boobs. but should i be mad, sad, or happy for them? because it hurts me to see him with another girl even if the other girl is my bestfriend.
