I think that it is the most important movie ever made. Yet it will be put aside, ignored... and we will see the evidence first hand, in our lifetime, and mourn the fact that we are one of the last generations.

Honestly, it didn't show enough about how these things are affecting marine-life and biology everywhere.

Is it out already? I'm curious, but I've been following the whole global warming thing, and scientists have found evidence that it's not humankind's fault. They also say that there's nothing we can do to return the planet back to a comfortable temperature, and that nature must run it's course, then things will return to normal. I think Al Gore, along with many other politicians, is using this issue for political gain, and making a movie about it??? Come on, how much more of a publicity stunt could this be. Unfortunately, all the scientists who try to speak out against the issue either get fired, transfered, threatened, or end up conveniently dead. Kinda makes you wonder!

I think it's all nonsense. These "so called" environmentalists use "data" that true scientists (glaciologists, geologists, etc.) constantly debunk! The earth, and nature for that matter, is very cyclical and we are simply witnessing part of that cycle. Chaos math is based on the idea that there are unpredictable anomolies happening all the time...if that's true, then perhaps "we" are one of those, and if THAT'S true...then we're probably screwed. But, the planet's gonna be just fine.

I think it's a load of hoowie!

Is the earth warming? Perhaps. It has warmed and cooled several times in our past.

Are we causing it? There is no good evidence to indicate we are. How can you suggest that human actions are causing it all when a single volcano can splurt out more greenhouse gasses than all of man kind in all of history with just one eruption.

Don't just accept everything that Gore is spewing. There *ARE* many scientists that disagree.
