Please don't answer by saying, "figure out what you enjoy doing." If I could do that, I would have direction. Also, I don't trust self accessment tools or personality surveys because their answers are vague and chage with a persons mood of the day. I'd like to hear about how you figured out your dream and what you did to achieve it.

Is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (AP Story: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060614/ap_on_re_as/asia_security emerging as the new Warsaw Pact? Facing off against US, Japan, Australia, etc, with Taiwan holding the position of Berlin, & military power focused on naval more so than land power?

NOTE: Japan is partnered with US on regional missle defense, has recently engaged & chased off a PRC sub in Japan waters, has opened an informal embasy in Taipei, and has an extensive exchange program of retired senior military officers. They are now in negotiations with Taipei toward a treaty as to what level of military involvement Japan would have in support of the US if China were to invade Taiwan, & what Japan military reaction would be if these extensive support & defensive forces were to be attacked.

When you've been with someone for about 4 years and the relationship seems perfect, suddenly you break up. He told me that he doesnt want a relationship right now and its too much stress. However, i get text messages and sad looks in his face whenever i see him. What's up with that. Do you think he'll call me once he realizes what hes lost. Or is this just a case of wanting to be out with the boys type of thing? help- im heartbroken. Not only that- we made plans together and this is so sudden. Why is it that when things get tough, or people experience problems... everyone goes for the easy cop out answer of "turn and run". I read many questions on here, about relationships, racism, etc... and it seems 9 out of 10 answers are just... "Oh ditch your friends and find new ones" or "Dont waste your time on that" It seems so many people theses days hate the idea of effort. It really annoys me that people try to find the easy answers to EVERYTHING.... Haven’t they heard the saying... NOTHING IN LIFE WORTH DOING IS EASY! I think that saying rings very true. I would like all of your input on this also... It just confuses me... I have no problem putting in time and hard work... why do so many people want the easy way ... Are we all becoming super lazy? I saw my neighbor drive to get her mail.... its honestly 20 yards away!!!! Im scared as to what this means to this country... any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I've had full custody of my son since he was 5 and he is now 11. I've basically always been his Mom & his Dad. His Mom passed away with breast cancer a few years back on top of everything. So we have been thru a lot together. I have not wanted to do the dating scene much cause I'm the type of person who is either with someone or not with them but I feel as though I should settle back down now for my son's sake as well as the enjoyment of having a soulmate to share life with. I'm not rich, my bills are paid and we have a fun life here but just always wonder if it's really something I should focus on now to find him a Mom and me a soulmate after all these years of being a single Dad.
