Does anything happen when you press the power button? If nothing happens, no noise, lights, etc. then, assuming no attempts have been made to repair it, the most likely cause is a bad power supply. Some power supplies have a switch (back of computer near the fan) which must be on b4 pressing the power button. The power button/switch could be bad. Make certain it's plugged into an outlet known to work using a power cord known to work. If, however, the PC gets power but doesn't boot, then more details are needed before we can attempt a diagnosis.

Too general a question with too little info. Too many people tell me their computer won't turn on when in fact it really does, but they can't see anything on their screen, so to them it doesn't turn on. So if you cannot turn on your computer, for real, then make sure the plug is good. Look in back of your computer where the power supply is and look at the button that has a 1 and a 0, and make sure the 1 is pushed in. Make sure the voltage of the power supply is set correctly to 115 and not 230 in the United States, and 230 and not 115 outside of the U.S. Power supplies do die, and sometimes one has to replace it. Make sure your surge protector is on. Without more info that is the best I can do for you.

The Flux Capacitor is off angle about 8 degrees, realign it and you will be fine.
