I was told it leans North. Looking at it, it looks like it is leaning to the right, which would be East. If it is indeed leaning North, does this mean it is leaning backwards? T/y

I have been diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety. Everything lately seems to be looking up I am having a lot more good days than bad but I am still having the nausea? I am working with a psychologist and we have decided to not use medication. If i have nausea for a day I tend to get really emotional and it kind of brings me down. When I am feeling sick I usually avoid food but I am working with a dietician to over come that. Does anyone know why my nausea is so persistant? I usually have it 4 out of the 7 days a week. Will it ever go away? And if I actually went out and hung out with friends would it take my mind off of feeling sick?? please help
