We are having a hardwood floor installed in our foryer since we had a flood (valve on bathtub broke) and the installing company never mentioned that they would be using a sludgehammer, and they never bother to cover anything to protect anything.

The reson I wan to leave is verbal abuse I want to take my chidren with me. What im asking is that if i live with a male friend with my 3 kids will this look bad even if it is not a sexuall relationship. Will this look bad in the courts eyes. Suppose a man and his pregnant wife are relaxing at a public park. The woman begins labour without even knowing it, (such as actualy happens to some women). Realizing she must birth the baby there and then, her husband takes position to deliver the baby. It is revealed the baby is tangled in his ambilical coord, and is exiting feet first. Of course, the circumstances make for a harsher labour than any woman would hope for. Fortunately, the ambulance apear shortly after.

After hours of labour, all the baby from his feet to his neck, (just below the chin) have exited the woman. To ensure the child is still alive, the doctor checks his heart, which shows to still be beating. The child has not seen day nor breathed, as of yet. With no notice, a crazed man, (angry and under the influence of drugs) runs by and shoots the child in his chest so that it dies.

Should this man be charged with murder and spend life in prison, or be charged with assault and spend months, (or less) in prison?

I found out I was pregnant last week using 3 (yes, 3) home pregnancy tests. I made an appoinment with my PCP who did nothing except measure my blood pressure and test my urine to make sure I was pregnant....According to my dates, I am in my 6th week of pregnancy. I booked an appointment with the nurse practicioner at the OBGYN. They won't see me until I am 8 weeks, my first appointment with the doctor is when I am 10 weeks. I am a little concerned as I suffered a miscarriage 10 years ago before I moved Stateside. I am new at the OBGYN and they just sent me some forms to fill out and bring with me to my appointment. Is this normal? Shouldn't someone be monitoring my HcG levels from early on? Will I have an ultrasound to confirm the baby's heartbat when I see the nurse? I have some preggo symptoms - sore boobs (though this seems to be easing a little), occasional cramping (also easing from week 5-6),I am thirsty, can't stop yawning, but that is about it... anybody have any advice for me?
