Shady when it means a man is someone less then ethical.
Shady like in shady lady means truly sinister and to be very very ware.

A shady person is one that is deceptive. He is hiding something, is afraid to completely reveal himself and covers himself in lies. Stay away from such people. Boys and men of such character are after one thing---sex, and they will use all sorts of devices to get it. Often times, the sex will involve violence. Be careful. Jesus loves you.
