I think it's a tie between Syphillis and Herpes.
I don't know what it is about Syphillis and the burning but I think it's wonderful and hard to top.
The thing about Herpes though, is it's a minor inconvenience compared to say HIV BUT, it always comes around when you least expect it. Like one of those really cool friends that has a job that lets him travel and he calls you up every time he's in town. I like the little surprises Herpes has to offer. And with no cure in sight, I think I'll be enjoying my herpes for some time now.
Spread the love.

This all depends on what types of symptoms you don't mind living with. Blisters, warts, itching, burning. It's a party in your pants either way you choose.
If you've had more than 2 partners without condoms you probably already have asymptomatic herpes or HPV.
