I would love to learn how to belly dance, I think it looks really great and I would like to know:

1. How difficult it is to learn; and

2. Benefits in terms of fitness and exercise

i downloaded a movie using azureus then when i try to play it it was ok till the cast ended and then the sound cut off i try using many media players to play it but it doesnt work ?

It seems like for the last week I have had pain on my cervix, like he is pushing down. Im 39 wks now, and last week I was 80% effaced and 2cm dilated and dropped. But this pain sucks big time! Does this mean labor is close, has anyone else had this pain?
