2. Web Space
3. Web Designer to design the site content (static pages)
4. Web Programmer (for dynamic pages)

Or you could use a web hosting package such as One and One; they offer the full service including a web page design program so you can design a simple site yourself. They also have a helpline with real people on the other end!
