we have use digital cameras. format is .avg which is not accesible with adobe after effects, Sonic foundary, priemer it need some codecs to work
What should i do?

Use a Mac with Final Cut Studio (It has FCPro + audio editing software). Is your camera one that goes straight to DVD or something? Run it out of the DV out into your computer so that it's in a native format as an easy work around so you don't have to buy new equipment!

i dont know why can´t you import the frames to premiere...
The best programs i´ve used are Avid, and Final Cut. Premiere Pro is very good too.
